[Key Responsibilities]
⭐︎Collaborate with homeroom teachers to support the day-to-day learning and care of children aged 3 to 6
⭐︎Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and behaviour guidance
⭐︎Teaching English songs, dances, nursery rhymes and phonics
⭐︎Teach and mentor graduate students (2 sessions per week)
⭐︎Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events
[Position Requirements]
⭐︎Bachelor’s degree or higher education
⭐︎Must hold a valid working visa
⭐︎Native English ability and conversational Japanese language ability
⭐︎Experience working with young children and/or adult learners
⭐︎Strong communication and collaboration skills
⭐︎Passionate, flexible, and ability to work both independently and within a team setting
⭐︎A one-year, full-time contract
⭐︎¥260,000 monthly salary
⭐︎Enrolment in the Japanese National Health insurance and pension schemes.
⭐︎Transportation fees (max ¥20,000 per month).
