After School & Preschool Teacher
Career Growth: This position starts as part-time for the first 6 months to 1 year. Based on your performance, skills, and contribution, you will have the opportunity to transition to a Full-time position with Visa Sponsorship!
Location:
Kobe City (Nada Ward / Suma Ward)
Please note: Full-time positions are based at our Suma Ward location.
Working Hours:
Flexible Part-time: From once a week / 3 hours a day between
Summer School Period: 9:00 - 18:00.
Responsibilities:
Plan lessons, create teaching materials, and prepare engaging activities (cooking, arts & crafts, outdoor play, science experiments, etc.).
Foster students' holistic development in a fun and safe environment.
Participate in school events and activities.
Teach students individually or in groups using various creative methods.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Japanese language skills are NOT required.
Lesson Rate: 2,500 yen to 3,500 yen / hour
Non-lesson/Prep Rate: 1,150 yen~ / hour
Transportation: Fully covered
Contract Renewal: Yes (subject to policies)
Social Insurance: Employment Insurance & Social Insurance covered (available depending on working hours/conditions)
Visa Sponsorship: Available (upon transition to a Full-time position)
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
Long Vacations: 7-10 days for Summer break, 7 days for Winter break
Paid Leave: Available after 6 months of employment
