Shenzhen College of International Education is recruiting an Academic Assistant Principal for a January or August 2027 start. Working with the Academic Deputy Principal and Principal, the AAP will lead quality assurance for assessment, reporting and record keeping; support curriculum development and data-driven learning; contribute to reaccreditation; help develop Heads of Faculty and Subject; and promote consistently high-quality teaching. Applicants should have at least middle-leadership experience, strong attention to detail, integrity, sound judgement, safeguarding commitment and the ability to master new systems.
