Vinschool is recruiting a professionally certified teacher for Cambridge ESL and Global Perspectives at secondary level in Hanoi, following the Cambridge International curriculum framework.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver subject-specific instruction with a teaching load of up to 20 hours per week.
• Prepare curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, and LMS content.
• Adapt teaching strategies and materials for diverse student needs.
• Assess attainment, monitor academic progress, and provide feedback.
• Establish classroom expectations and monitor student performance, behavior, social development, and wellbeing.
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and guardians about progress or concerns.
• Prepare remedial support for students who need extra help.
• Attend faculty meetings, professional-development training, and school events.
• Plan extracurricular activities such as clubs and academic contests.
• Carry out homeroom duties when assigned; an allowance is provided.
• A second subject within the teacher's competence may occasionally be assigned.
Requirements:
• Education degree in a relevant field.
• Applicable professional teaching qualification, license, or certification.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least two years of professional school-teaching experience gained after qualification.
• Cambridge International curriculum experience is preferred but not essential.
• English fluency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, classroom-management, and teamwork skills.
