Kansai International Academy is seeking passionate and experienced teachers for its Early Years and Kindergarten programmes serving children aged 1–6. This is a full-year position in a bilingual international-school environment, working closely with a Japanese teaching partner to support children’s holistic development.
Teachers are expected to provide developmentally appropriate, engaging learning; collaborate effectively with their bilingual partner; nurture children’s social, emotional, and academic growth; contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom; and commit to continuous professional development. Some positions may begin earlier with training, while mid-year hires may start as substitute teachers before taking responsibility for a full class the following school year.
