Job Description

*Job Responsibilities：

Deliver all-English specialized courses for international students majoring in International Business and E-Commerce.
Teach professional courses and general English modules for domestic Chinese undergraduates.
Participate in curriculum development, textbook compilation and academic exchange activities.
Standard teaching load: 18 class periods per week, 45 minutes per period.

Only native English speakers with a Master’s degree or higher in Economics/Management-related majors will be shortlisted for interviews. Ineligible applications will not be acknowledged.
Only shortlisted candidates will receive formal interview invitations.
Private tutoring experience must not be listed on your resume.

Benefits

Monthly Salary: Negotiable, ranging from RMB 14,900 to 17,000. Final salary package will be confirmed by the school based on your academic background, professional experience and credentials. Extra payment will be offered for overtime teaching hours.
Christmas Bonus: Pre-tax RMB 2,000 per year.
Annual Flight Allowance: Pre-tax RMB 8,000 for round-trip international flights each year.
Free Furnished Apartment: Fully-equipped single staff apartment on campus (utility bills including water, electricity and internet to be covered by the teacher).
Paid Vacations: Full salary during winter & summer breaks, disbursed in two installments: 50% paid during the vacation period, the remaining 50% issued after the subsequent corresponding vacation. Full salary on all Chinese statutory public holidays.
Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance provided by the university.
