HESS International Educational Group is accepting applications for English-language teaching positions across Taiwan.
Teachers deliver HESS curriculum to children and young learners, prepare lessons, assess student progress, manage the classroom, and communicate professionally with local teaching and administrative teams.
Typical teaching schedules are 22–26 classroom hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 teaching hours. There are no fixed office hours outside assigned teaching and related duties.
Requirements:
• Passport from an eligible English-speaking country
• Completed university degree, or an associate degree together with a TEFL certificate
• Ability to commit to a one-year contract
• Clean criminal background check
• Enthusiasm for working with children
• Previous teaching experience is not required

• Starting pay: NT$680–730 per teaching hour, based on qualifications and experience
• NT$3,000 monthly stipend for lesson preparation and teaching-related duties
• Additional compensation for classes with more than 20 students
• Guaranteed minimum of 20 teaching hours per week

• Assistance obtaining an employer-sponsored resident visa and work authorization
• Assistance enrolling in Taiwan's National Health Insurance after resident-visa issuance
• Initial, branch, and follow-up teacher training
• HESS TEFL certification after completing the first year and required on-the-job experience
• Pre-arrival and in-country support
