Dwight School Seoul is seeking a full-time, qualified Learning Support Teacher to join its collaborative whole-school support team. The teacher will facilitate learning for students receiving support across PYP, MYP, and DP classrooms within a multi-tiered system of support.
Responsibilities include collaborative planning, adapting instruction, co-planning and co-teaching with classroom and subject teachers, and maintaining effective communication among the Learning Support team, teachers, and parents. The successful candidate will contribute to differentiated practices that recognise every learner as an individual and support student learning, wellbeing, inclusion, and safeguarding.
Applicants must hold a recognised teaching certification and have at least two years of teaching experience. Experience supporting students with special educational needs within an MTSS framework and experience co-planning and co-teaching are required. IB curriculum experience is preferred. The school seeks a highly organised, positive, collaborative educator with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
