Dwight School Seoul is seeking a full-time, qualified Learning Support Teacher to join its collaborative whole-school Learning Support team.
The role supports students across PYP, MYP, and DP classrooms within a multi-tiered system of support.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate learning for students receiving Learning Support services.
• Collaborate with classroom and subject teachers through co-planning and co-teaching.
• Adapt instruction and develop differentiated practices for individual student needs.
• Communicate effectively with the Learning Support team, teachers, and parents.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community.
• Support student learning, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
Requirements:
• Recognized teaching certification.
• At least two years of teaching experience.
• Experience supporting students with special educational needs within an MTSS model.
• Experience with collaborative planning and co-teaching.
• Strong organization, subject-area knowledge, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• IB curriculum experience is preferred.
