Aoba-Japan International School is seeking qualified teachers for the founding team at its Kanazawa campus. Teachers will design inquiry-based learning grounded in student agency and conceptual understanding; align curriculum, assessment and classroom practice; build relationships with students and families; establish routines and expectations; contribute to events and initiatives; and engage in ongoing professional learning.
Monthly salary: JPY 300,000-460,000. Subject to contract and eligibility, the package may include visa support, Japanese medical insurance and pension arrangements, professional development, IB training and workshops, and relocation onboarding support.
