British Education Korea is seeking a qualified Secondary Economics Teacher for an immediate, flexible start. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum and/or IGCSE and A Level pathways for students aged 11-18; assess and report progress; communicate with parents; collaborate with leadership and colleagues; support interdisciplinary learning and enrichment; and promote students' academic, social and emotional development. A bachelor's degree, PGCE or equivalent qualification and secondary teaching experience are required. IGCSE and A Level experience is preferred.
Salary and benefits were not disclosed. The normal working day is 8:00 a.m.-4:45 p.m. with a 60-minute break. Preference is given to applicants already holding a suitable Korean visa or prepared visa documentation.
