Tokyo YMCA International School is seeking a full-time Middle/High School Social Studies and Generalist Teacher starting 1 October 2026. Applicants need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least one year of secondary Social Studies teaching experience, and strong communication skills. AP familiarity is preferred. The teacher will create engaging lessons, use instructional technology, foster inclusion, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to school life. Candidates must be in Tokyo by the end of September.
Annual salary: JPY 3,480,000-4,320,000.
