Lots of meetings. Very low morale in the school. No respect from management. Pros: Good salary and benefits – to save.
Communication between upper leadership and teachers is not always consistent. I felt like, in our first year, teachers had a stronger voice and input into the running of the school but in the second year that all changed. Also, the moment you leave the school, you are treated like a stranger.
