If you get into their independent school’s like the Wuxi or Hangzhou schools their salaries are better but the work load is considerably more. They offer you free education for upto 2 kids. I’ve been with them for years now and haven’t had any problems. There are decent benefits and the company has is ok. As someone else said, it often comes down to your headmaster/ HoD.
