Having worked in leadership, I came away deeply disappointed by how this school is managed. Many of the problems teachers experience are not random. They flow directly from decisions made at the top. There is also a disturbing lack of regard for staff wellbeing. I saw people pushed far beyond what should reasonably be expected of employees. A school cannot continually demand loyalty, flexibility, and sacrifice from employees while failing to show the same basic duty of care in return. There are good people here. The problem is what happens above them.
