Think & Grow Education is an academic English research and teaching organization based in Beijing, China. Our mission is to better prepare Chinese K12 students to attend and succeed at international schools or Universities by providing them with a progressive and interactive, globally focused academic English curriculum; including English Languages Arts (followed Common Core States Standards), Intensive Reading and Writing, and Advanced Humanity Courses. We are a well-developing and mid-size company in Beijing.
Our faculty and support staff represent different nationalities, including many from Canada, China, the UK, and the US. Working at Think and Grow is a rewarding (in both a professional and financial sense) and because we are all working towards a common goal – to make Think and Grow the best training school in Beijing and even in China.
Think and Grow educators exhibit a constant working understanding of the training school’ core values in a balanced academic environment with business objectives. Working collaboratively, we engage in active, inquiry- based, and reflective teaching. We are seeking for people who are interested in being educators in China and being passionate on facilitating Chinese students to broaden their horizons as well as improving the critical thinking ability.
Our curriculum:
1)English Language Arts
It is similar to the English classes in the US (followed Common Core States Standards) whose goal is to improve student’s academic reading and academic writing abilities by teaching them important skills such as critical thinking, how to make an inference and evidence collection.
2)Intensive Reading and Writing Class
Through "intensive reading of original novels" and "extensive theme-related writing", we systematically enhance students' reading and writing skills, cultivate their cultural literacy and critical thinking in an international curriculum, and also help improve their essential academic abilities for future A-Level/IB courses and exams like TOEFL/SAT.
