My experience at the school deteriorated significantly due to poor communication and a lack of transparency surrounding employment decisions. As an international teacher, I relocated my life and family to China with the expectation that commitments made by both parties would be respected. Unfortunately, I found that major employment decisions were communicated with very little notice, creating considerable uncertainty and stress. What was most disappointing was the lack of clarity regarding staffing decisions and the apparent inconsistency in how employees were treated.
