Buildings not fit for purpose, losing students often and classes being combined regardless of the effect it has on the kids. Very high turn over of teaching staff and leadership. Interfering owner who pushes staff out constantly and is by far one of the largest issues the school has.
I worked there as a part timer in various roles and my wife worked there a teacher for a 3 years. We really enjoyed working there. 2 small nice campuses. Right next beautiful Yoyogi Park. Kids and families were lovely. We had a great team there, very sociable. Owner of the school was very hardworking individual and always aimed to improve school further. There were regular staff parties which bonded everyone well and salaries were good.
