GEMS School of Research and Innovation is seeking a full-time Inclusion Teacher for January 2027. The role supports Students of Determination and gifted learners through individualized education plans, differentiated teaching, in-class and pull-out interventions, assistive technology, and close collaboration with teachers, counsellors, leaders, parents, and external specialists. Applicants should hold a relevant UK-approved inclusion qualification, such as a master’s in Special Educational Needs or Inclusion with an appropriate PGCE, and have at least three years of inclusion-leadership experience in a high-performing international school. Familiarity with KHDA guidance, UAE education policy, IEP management, Universal Design for Learning, and evidence-based interventions is preferred.
