The Really Great Teacher Company is hiring first-language English-speaking teachers, preferably from the United States, to deliver live online group lessons to young learners through Zoom and WebEx. Teachers follow a structured curriculum and create energetic, memorable, and effective learning experiences. This is a fully remote, part-time independent-contractor role offering 12–20 hours per week.
Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00–10:00 PM Beijing Time and Saturday through Sunday from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Beijing Time. Applicants must hold a valid accredited 120-hour TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certificate and have at least two years of online English-teaching experience plus two years of experience teaching groups.
Candidates should be energetic, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and genuinely enthusiastic about teaching children. Technical requirements include an Intel Core i5 or better computer with at least 8 GB RAM, 20+ Mbps wired internet, a noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet well-lit workspace, and backup power where necessary.
