They really micromanage their teachers. You have to do so much of admin for such a low salary. They don't care about their teachers. They have Team Leaders that aren't helpful at all. You can be on your deathbed but still have to work. They expect you to join meetings, play games in your free time without getting paid for it. It's a toxic company. The TLs especially from team Centauraus are terrible. Stay away
I interviewed with them and got the job but only did on lesson and then quit. In the interview the South African woman pretended to be a foreign student and actually put on a Chinese accent, which was a bit racist. I then got sent the wrong times for meetings when I woke up at 3am to attend non existent training
