The Really Great Teacher Company is hiring experienced ESL teachers currently living abroad to teach young learners aged 4–11 in China. This fully remote role has a fixed evening schedule from 6:00–8:00 PM Bangkok time, with additional weekend hours available. All teaching materials are provided and a dedicated support team assists teachers throughout the role.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field and an accredited 120-hour or longer TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TEYL certification. Candidates need at least two years of teaching experience, must be native English speakers from the USA, Canada, or UK, and must currently be based in Southeast Asia or South America. A clear criminal record and excellent communication skills are required.
Technical requirements include a computer with an Intel Core i5 2.0 GHz or better and at least 8 GB RAM, a wired internet connection with 20+ Mbps upload and download speeds, a noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet well-lit workspace, and 4–5 hours of backup power where outages are possible.
