This senior leadership role supports the Head of School, teachers and pupils by strengthening school culture, behaviour expectations, routines, parent communication and teaching-fellow development. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Secondary Education or a related field and bring approximately three to five years of high-school leadership experience, strong administration, organisation and communication skills.
